COMMITTEES

Below is a list of the current neighborhood committees for 2011. Included is a brief description of each committee along with the committee members and contact information for each committee chairperson.

If you are interested in getting involved with any of the committees, or have questions or comments please submit them to the appropriate committee chairperson.

Welcoming Committee: Welcomes new homeowners to the neighborhood. If necessary will offer assistance with pertinent contact information (i.e. sanitation, professional services, etc.). May also provide a copy of the owner’s Declaration of Restrictions if not received at closing.

Social/Garage Sale Committee: Provides planning and details as needed for neighborhood events

Landscaping Committee: This committee manages all of the common spaces in the neighborhood (i.e. front entrances, cul de sacs and retention ponds). This committee will also take on seasonal projects like decorating for holidays and planting flowers/plants in the spring/summer.

Architectural Committee: This committee is responsible for enforcing the Association’s Declaration of Restrictions, which are designed to protect the appearance and aesthetic quality of Cobblestones. You may also contact this committee directly if you need a copy of your Plat’s Declaration of Restrictions.

Front Entrance Committee: This committee is responsible for maintaning front entrance.  Stone walls, lighting, works inconjuction with the Landscape committee.
